The Fit In is coming back to Brownsville, Brooklyn!! Come through and let us strengthen & lengthen your body at the BMS Wellness Studio every Thursday at 6pm through June.

Work on flexibility, mobility, and strength to leave you ready to tackle the challenges of your everyday. Start with foam rolling to get out the knots. Then we'll stretch and mobilize the muscles and joints before we put them to work building up core strength and stability.

Get ready to ignite your inner strength and sensuality with Strength x Length x Pole—a dynamic fusion brought to you by The Fit In and Full Circle, two women-owned movement powerhouses mobilizing Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Imagine this: you kick things off with The Fit In, diving into a 30-minute dynamic warm-up that's all about finding your flow and unlocking your strength. We’ll have you feeling like a million bucks, trust! Then, it's time to own the pole with Full Circle for a full hour of sultry pole fitness.

Secure your spot for the whole 6-week series to fully immerse yourself in the experience and save $10 while also earning a free pair of 2” lululemon align shorts. Perfect to commemorate your pole climbing journey.

We're starting off easy with Intro-To-Pole for the first couple weeks, easing you into the groove with some beginner-friendly moves that'll have you feeling fierce and fabulous. After that, we're turning it up a level, so get ready to take your skills to new heights! Can’t make all the dates? Drop-ins for available slots will open up 7-days in advance (3/15).

Gather your crew and come vibe with us—let's light up the pole together and shine like the stars we are!

**Just a heads-up: Level 1 is for those who've already conquered at least one Intro to Pole Session with Full Circle or another Pole Fitness Studio—it's all about keeping it safe and sensational for everyone. We'll lead you through some Pilates movement to strengthen your core, amp up your flexibility, and improve your posture. You'll be feeling a deeper connection to your body and Pilates.
