PILATES MAT

Just you, the mat and maybe a couple of toys. This is a traditional pilates class focusing on strengthening and stretching the core and stabilizer muscles. Great for any level of fitness, from those just starting since it is zero impact, to intense athletes as it targets muscles than can get overlooked and injured during large or high impact movement. *NO SHOES REQUIRED*

PILATES STRONG

We’re taking our pilates mat class and dialing it up a notch. While maintaining the focus on alignment, expect a faster paced class that will challenge all your muscle and get you working up a glisten. *NO SHOES REQUIRED*

Functional strength and resistance training. Using TRX Suspension straps, resistance bands and body weight, work up a sweat and build strength in a circuit format while continuing to work on proper form and alignment. *SNEAKERS ARE REQUIRED*

45 minutes not enough? Add another 15 minutes of work to your session in this extended version of a STRONG class. Functional strength and resistance training. It's time to get reformed. These classes combine 3 key Pilates apparatus—Reformer, Tower, & Chair—for a supported yet challenging and creative workout. It's perfect for strengthening & aligning the body from head to toe.

PILATES REFORMED: BARRE

Located in our Pilates Reformed studio.

Combining barre fitness & pilates for toning, strengthening and lengthening while keeping alignment in focus. Never deep tucks, but always deep abs. This class is open, and fun, for all.

*Socks Required. Grip Socks Recommended*

PILATES REFORMED: JUMP

Located in our Pilates Reformed studio.

This class in jumpin’ jumpin’. We whip out the reformer’s jumpboard for this cardio focused class. The arms, legs, and butt will be on fire, but in pilates we never forget to work the middle, so you core will be feeling the burn.

This is an advanced class and requires 15 Pilates Reformed classes & studio approval. Not recommended for those with knee or hip injuries. You can email info@thefitinbedstuy.com to request access.

Due to small class sizes, we ask that you sign up at least 3-hours prior to class start. Should you need to walk in, check that the class is still on the schedule before heading to the studio.

All PILATES REFORMED classes are in our PILATES REFORMED studio on 727 Halsey St. Socks are required for these classes. We offer rental socks for $2.
