It’s time to redefine what’s perceived as the pilates body. Pilates is for ALL bodies no matter what size or abilities. Fine-tune your knowledge of the Pilates springs with Pilates Master Teacher LaBriece Ochsner so both you and your clients get the most out of the Apparatus. You will leave this workshop with the skills to better train individuals of varying sizes, proportions, strength and flexibility levels.

BONUS: Get athletes to love their Pilates workout by helping them to go beyond their core.

Pilates lays a great foundation for a healthy body, but the bricks still need to be laid. The Fit In founder Ife shows you how to combine pilates with other forms of training like suspension & weight training making for a healthy body as well to help clients reach their fitness goals.
