Ife’s sharing her go-to Pilates Ab Series variation you can do when traveling.
The Ab Series is a sequence of 5 moves done together to focus on engaging your abdominal muscles, growing in challenge as you move through the series.
In Ife’s variation, she brings her thighs no closer than over her hips to keep the work in the abs and stay out of the hip flexors. You can do a set of 5-10 for each move resetting between each. To advance, flow each move seamlessly into each other.
