We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. This is to make room for other clients to enjoy class. Starting January 1, 2023 we added an $8 late cancel fee and a $10 no-show fee to ensure everyone is making space for others in the community to join in on your favorite classes. This is in addition to the loss of your class. If you do not have a valid card on file, your account will receive a negative balance. Those with with a negative balance of $25 or more will have their account paused until the balance is cleared in full.

Waitlist: People can be added to the waitlist if they have a single class or class pack available in their account. People will automatically be added from the waitlist if a spot becomes available 12 hours before the class start time so it’s important they remove themselves from the waitlist if they’re no longer interested. Within the 12-hour cancellation window, they won’t be added in automatically. If spots open up within that time, people can leave the waitlist and add themselves into class directly. If you use all your payment options for other classes while on the waitlist, and you are added in, you will either be dropped from a future class or be charged for a single class.
